Size Guide

To find the best fit, measure around the base of your dog's neck where the collar normally sits. The collar should feel secure but comfortable, with enough room to fit two fingers between the collar and your dog's neck.

How to Measure

Use a soft measuring tape.
Measure around the base of your dog’s neck.
Leave enough room to fit two fingers comfortably.
Choose the size where your dog’s neck measurement sits within the fit range.

If your dog is between two sizes, choose the larger size for a more comfortable fit.

Leather Care

With simple, regular care, your leather dog collar will remain comfortable, develop character and look better with age.

Everyday Cleaning

Wipe away dust, mud or surface dirt using a soft, dry cloth.

For light marks, use a slightly damp cloth and wipe gently. Allow the collar to air dry naturally before using it again.

Everyday Moisture and Rain

Our leather collars are suitable for everyday use, including walks in light rain and normal UK weather conditions.

If the collar becomes wet, simply wipe away excess moisture with a soft cloth and allow it to air dry naturally at room temperature.

To help preserve the leather and hardware over time, avoid fully soaking the collar or using it while swimming or bathing.

Avoid Direct Heat and Harsh Chemicals

Do not place the collar on a radiator, near a heater or under any direct heat source, as this may cause the leather to dry out or change shape.

Do not wash the collar in a washing machine or tumble dryer.

Avoid bleach, alcohol, household cleaning products and other harsh chemicals.

Leather Conditioning

For smooth leather collars, a small amount of suitable leather conditioner may be applied occasionally to help maintain softness and appearance.

Always test the conditioner on a small, hidden area first and follow the product instructions.

Avoid over-conditioning, as using too much product may darken or soften the leather more than intended.

Suede Lining Care

If your collar has a suede lining, allow it to dry fully before cleaning.

Use a soft suede brush to gently remove dust and help restore the natural texture.

Do not apply standard leather conditioner directly to the suede lining.

Hardware Care

Wipe the buckle, D-rings and other metal fittings with a soft, dry cloth.

After exposure to moisture, dry the hardware thoroughly to help maintain its appearance.

Avoid prolonged contact with salt water, cleaning chemicals and other corrosive substances.

Regular Safety Checks

Regularly inspect the leather, stitching, buckle and D-rings for signs of damage, looseness or excessive wear.

The collar should be replaced if any part becomes damaged or no longer feels secure.

Natural Leather Character

Leather is a natural material, so small variations in grain, texture and colour may occur.

Over time, the leather may soften and develop a natural patina. These changes are part of the unique character of genuine leather and do not affect the collar’s intended everyday use.

The Midnight Rainbow is crafted from genuine cowhide leather finished with an intricate multicolour canvas-print pattern over a deep black base. Fine coloured lines run across the leather in a structured grid, creating flashes of blue, green, pink, red and silver without turning the collar into an overly bright or playful design.

Polished rose-gold-tone hardware brings warmth to the darker surface, while dark finished edges and carefully reinforced leather sections keep the overall silhouette clean and structured.

Each collar is individually hand-cut and hand-stitched in Vietnam.

This is genuine cowhide leather with a canvas-style printed finish — not a fabric canvas collar.

SIZE-SPECIFIC LEATHER LINING

M — BLACK COWHIDE LEATHER

The Medium collar is 2 cm wide and uses a softer black genuine cowhide lining to maintain flexibility through the narrower profile.

L & XL — DEEP RED COWHIDE LEATHER

The wider 2.5 cm collars are lined with deep red genuine cowhide leather, giving the larger sizes a more substantial structure and a distinctive contrast against the black exterior.

Each collar has 7 adjustment holes spaced approximately 1 cm apart.

Total leather length is measured from the base of the buckle to the end of the leather strap, excluding the buckle itself.

MODEL REFERENCE

The white English Bulldog display model shown in the product photographs has an approximately 52 cm neck and is wearing the XL collar.

CANVAS-PRINT FINISH

The surface pattern is printed onto genuine cowhide leather rather than woven from fabric.

Fine multicolour lines are arranged over the black base in a tight grid-like pattern. Depending on lighting and viewing angle, different colours may become more noticeable.

Small variations in print placement are expected because individual collar straps are cut from different sections of the leather.
