We sell handcrafted leather goods, including dog collars and personalised items.

We make every effort to display our products, colours, materials and details as accurately as possible. However, product colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen, lighting and device settings.

Because our products are handmade, small natural variations in leather grain, texture, colour, stitching and finish may occur. These are part of the character of handmade leather goods and are not considered defects.

When you place an order, you agree that all information provided is accurate and complete.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if:

  • There is an error in pricing or product information

  • We suspect fraud or misuse

All prices are shown in GBP unless stated otherwise.

Payment must be completed before your order is processed.

For personalised or engraved products, you are responsible for checking all details before placing your order. This includes names, phone numbers, custom text, spelling and sizing.

If a digital mock-up is offered or required, it will be prepared after checkout and before engraving.

Personalised, engraved or custom-made items cannot be returned or refunded unless they are faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described.

Orders are packed and shipped from the United Kingdom.

Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping destination, carrier delays, customs processing and other circumstances outside our control.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or local fees charged by their country.
