For non-personalised items, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
After your return request has been accepted, the item must be returned within 14 days.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging where possible.
Personalised or Engraved Items
Personalised, engraved or custom-made items cannot be returned or refunded unless they are faulty, damaged, or not as described.
Please check all personalisation details carefully before placing your order. This includes names, phone numbers, custom text, spelling and sizing.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We will review the issue and offer a suitable solution, such as a replacement, repair or refund.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service when returning an item, as we cannot be responsible for returned items lost in transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
