| M | 32–38 cm | 2.0 cm | 45 cm |
| L | 39–45 cm | 2.5 cm | 52 cm |

Leather Care
Leather Care
With simple, regular care, your leather dog collar will remain comfortable, develop character and look better with age.
Everyday Cleaning
Wipe away dust, mud or surface dirt using a soft, dry cloth.
For light marks, use a slightly damp cloth and wipe gently. Allow the collar to air dry naturally before using it again.
Everyday Moisture and Rain
Our leather collars are suitable for everyday use, including walks in light rain and normal UK weather conditions.
If the collar becomes wet, simply wipe away excess moisture with a soft cloth and allow it to air dry naturally at room temperature.
To help preserve the leather and hardware over time, avoid fully soaking the collar or using it while swimming or bathing.
Avoid Direct Heat and Harsh Chemicals
Do not place the collar on a radiator, near a heater or under any direct heat source, as this may cause the leather to dry out or change shape.
Do not wash the collar in a washing machine or tumble dryer.
Avoid bleach, alcohol, household cleaning products and other harsh chemicals.
Leather Conditioning
For smooth leather collars, a small amount of suitable leather conditioner may be applied occasionally to help maintain softness and appearance.
Always test the conditioner on a small, hidden area first and follow the product instructions.
Avoid over-conditioning, as using too much product may darken or soften the leather more than intended.
Suede Lining Care
If your collar has a suede lining, allow it to dry fully before cleaning.
Use a soft suede brush to gently remove dust and help restore the natural texture.
Do not apply standard leather conditioner directly to the suede lining.
Hardware Care
Wipe the buckle, D-rings and other metal fittings with a soft, dry cloth.
After exposure to moisture, dry the hardware thoroughly to help maintain its appearance.
Avoid prolonged contact with salt water, cleaning chemicals and other corrosive substances.
Regular Safety Checks
Regularly inspect the leather, stitching, buckle and D-rings for signs of damage, looseness or excessive wear.
The collar should be replaced if any part becomes damaged or no longer feels secure.
Natural Leather Character
Leather is a natural material, so small variations in grain, texture and colour may occur.
Over time, the leather may soften and develop a natural patina. These changes are part of the unique character of genuine leather and do not affect the collar’s intended everyday use.

Genuine leather construction
The outer layer is made from genuine top-grain cowhide leather, carefully finished in a warm camel tan shade.
Its naturally pebbled surface gives the leather depth and character while helping make minor marks from everyday use less noticeable.
The lining is selected according to collar size to provide the right balance of comfort, structure and durability.
Size M is lined with soft, pebbled cowhide leather. Its supple and naturally grained surface provides a gentler feel for small and medium-sized dogs.
Sizes L and XL are lined with dense genuine leather commonly used in traditional belt making. This allows the collar to remain flexible around the neck while helping it retain its shape, strength and durability over time.
All leather used in the collar is genuine cowhide leather.
Size guide
Measure your dog’s neck where the collar naturally sits. Use a soft measuring tape and allow enough room to slide two fingers comfortably between the collar and your dog’s neck.
Choose the size using your dog’s actual neck measurement rather than breed alone.
Size M
- Neck: 32–38 cm / 12.6–15.0 in
- Width: 2.0 cm / 0.8 in
- Total leather length: 45 cm / 17.7 in
Size L
- Neck: 39–45 cm / 15.4–17.7 in
- Width: 2.5 cm / 1.0 in
- Total leather length: 52 cm / 20.5 in
Size XL
- Neck: 46–52 cm / 18.1–20.5 in
- Width: 2.5 cm / 1.0 in
- Total leather length: 61 cm / 24.0 in
The total leather length is measured from the base of the buckle to the end of the collar and does not include the buckle itself.
Each collar has seven adjustment holes positioned 1 cm apart. If your dog is between sizes, choose the larger size.
Leather care
Wipe away dirt using a soft, slightly damp cloth and allow the leather to dry naturally at room temperature.
Apply a small amount of suitable leather conditioner occasionally. Avoid prolonged soaking and do not dry the collar beside a radiator or other direct heat source.
As genuine leather is a natural material, small variations in grain, texture and colour may occur. These details are part of the character of each handmade collar rather than manufacturing defects.
